Country Inn - Styled Bridal Shoot - Spring 2018

I had the pleasure of working with a team of very talented wedding suppliers back in April on a shoot which I styled and co-ordinated with a theme inspired by Spring blooms, floral botanicals and the 2018 Pantone colour 'Ultra Violet'. We wanted to show how this colour could be incorporated in to a pretty country wedding by using shades of Amethyst, Lilac, lavender and Blush. The shoot took place at the delightful Manor Arms country inn, Abberley, Worcestershire with it's cosy interior, stunning country views and a reputation for excellent food and a warm welcome ! If you are looking for an intimate venue for your wedding with amazing food - this is the place !

On the day we battled rain and wind but our talented photographer Sarah and the team worked to achieve some beautiful images !

Florals were lovingly created by Jane from Longbarn Flowers using Lilac, early Clematis, Roses and varieties of Eucalyptus and despite the cold Spring we managed to source some lovely Spring blossoms to adorn the Gazebo where the outdoor weddings take place.

Wedding Gowns were provided by Julie from Gatehouse Brides and were chosen for their romantic lace, pretty bodices and blush tones - they were modelled by the very beautiful Octavia and accessories from Tulle & Blue completed the look !

We wanted to show how you can have a stylish wedding with lots of beautiful details without breaking the bank and using a little creativity and some eclectic props - these were provided and styled by Sarah from Venue Styling by Floyd.

Our model's hair was expertly styled by Claire from Hairstylist Worcester and make up was by Kay from Make Up by Kay Louise - both ladies created a soft, timeless Bridal look for Octavia.

The stunning cake was designed and made by Sian from Sian's Cakes - with delicate hand painted flowers, ruffles and a feature Anemone with Roses it perfectly complimented our Country theme!

Wedding Paperie often gets overlooked in a wedding but it is important as it sets the theme for your wedding and is the first impression that your guests receive when they are invited ! This suite is by me at Tulle & Blue - I use hand stamped images, calligraphy and wax seals.

With special thanks to Janet Hutchings ( proprietor ) and Stuart Foreman ( Head Chef ) at the Manor Arms for making us so welcome and providing the food !

The list at the end gives details of all the lovely suppliers who took part in this shoot - many thanks go to them also !
